Our Staff

OUR STAFF

Our school administrator, a clerical assistant, and six Pupil Support Assistants ably support the Head Teacher and five members of teaching staff, whilst our nursery is staffed with an Early Years Lead Practitioner along with two part-time Early Years Practitioners. A member of the Additional Support for Learning Team is in school two days a week. There are a variety of visiting specialists throughout the year, including ICT, music, drama, art & design, PE and science. Our Active Schools Coordinator provides a range of additional active and sporting activities for the children.

We are also fortunate in having a large kitchen staffed by a Unit Supervisor and three catering assistants. They provide a choice of school meals for our staff and pupils as well as three other rural schools. There are also two members of cleaning staff.

The school works closely with other agencies such as Social Work, Educational Psychology, NHS Grampian and Police Scotland and is committed to the principles of GIRFEC.
